Brie is growing up! this page is for the pictures when i was no longer a baby.... but not quite grown up either!   these pictures are from my very first hike out into the desert! we had a lot of fun and i tried to chase all the lizards! it was january, but still very warm!     getting dirty is still fun! it doesn't rain too often in the desert... but when it does... i LOVE to dig and play in the mud!           these portraits were taken in march 1998, i wasn't a year old yet! i had to have one of those nasty baths the night before! but it ended up being ok... cuz i got lots of cookies while i was at the photo studio!   it finally happened! i turned one year old! mommie, daddy, kassie and i had a party just for me! we had a doggie food birthday cake and presents and frosty paws and balloons! oh... and yes, the silly hat and glasses! mommie even wore a hat... but daddy was a party pooper and wouldn't wear one! one of my presents was a brand new wolf packs back pack! now when we go hiking, i can carry my own food and water!
